An old friend pays a visit
Arbour Hill boxing coach and long time friend to Red Star coach Jon Mackey, Stephen Kavanagh paid a visit to the club to work on some tactical hand sparring with team Korea.
The pad work covered all possible combinations found in the Taekwon-Do ring.
Commenting on the standard of the guys traveling to Korea, Stephen said they had made huge improvements since his last visit. He wished them all the best of luck in Korea.
